All InstaVibes products and services are delivered digitally. Once activated, access is provided through your dashboard or via email confirmation.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • If a paid service is not delivered as described.
  • If a verified technical issue prevents access to purchased features.
  • If duplicate payment is made due to technical error.
  • Other exceptional cases at the sole discretion of InstaVibes.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services that have already been fully delivered or consumed.
  • Change of mind after successful activation.
  • Failure to use a subscription within its validity period.
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension.
  • Referral or promotional credits once issued.

4. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users may cancel future renewals (if applicable).
  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle refund of already active subscriptions.
  • Access continues until the subscription expiry date.

5. Refund Request Process

  • Email support@instavibes.in within 7 days of purchase.
  • Provide transaction ID, payment proof, and issue details.
  • Our team reviews requests within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
  • Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
  • Any third-party transaction fees may not be refundable.

7. Fraud & Abuse

InstaVibes reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violation.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension pending investigation.
