• Activation inside your InstaVibes dashboard.
• Email confirmation and service details.
• Digital access credentials, download links, or service access (if applicable).

2. Delivery Timelines

• Instant Activation: Wallet credits, subscription plans, and automated services are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• 1–3 Business Days: Minor digital services or content-based deliverables may require up to 72 hours.
• 7–10 Working Days: Custom services such as graphic design, marketing setup, or managed campaigns may require up to 7–10 working days.
• Project-Based Services: Web development or customized solutions follow timelines agreed separately in a service agreement.

3. Payment Confirmation

Delivery begins only after successful payment verification by our payment gateway. In rare cases, payment verification may take additional processing time.

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you do not receive your purchased service within the expected timeframe:

• Check your dashboard login.
• Check your email inbox and spam folder.
• Verify payment status in your transaction history.
• Contact our support team.

5. Physical Shipping

InstaVibes does not currently ship physical goods. If physical products are introduced in the future, a separate shipping policy will apply.

6. Service Availability

All services are subject to availability and technical feasibility. InstaVibes reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with notice.
