• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (if applicable).
• We reserve the right to adjust wallet balances in cases of fraud or system error.

5. Subscriptions & Plans

• Subscription plans are valid for the duration specified at purchase.
• Upgrades may adjust pricing and duration.
• We reserve the right to modify plan features with notice.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. However, you grant InstaVibes a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Posting illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform.
• Impersonating other users or entities.
• Engaging in financial fraud or referral abuse.

8. Referral Program

• Referral rewards are credited only upon valid signup and compliance verification.
• Fraudulent referrals may result in account suspension.
• InstaVibes reserves the right to modify referral benefits.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and software belong to InstaVibes or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

11. Limitation of Liability

InstaVibes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Services are provided "as is" without warranties.

You agree to indemnify and hold InstaVibes harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the platform.
