1 Use of Service

InstaVibes provides digital tools, online resources, account-based services, QR-related functionality, contests, digital content and other services that may be introduced or modified from time to time.

You agree to use InstaVibes only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate applicable laws, regulations, rights of other users or the operation of the platform.

• You must not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activities.
• You must not attempt to interfere with, damage or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.
• You must not use the service to distribute malicious software, harmful code or unauthorized automated requests.

2 User Accounts

Certain InstaVibes features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and reasonably up to date.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You should immediately notify InstaVibes if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• You must not create an account using misleading information or another person's identity.
• Where legally permitted, InstaVibes may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3 Digital Tools & Services

InstaVibes may provide digital tools and features including QR code generation, downloadable resources, PDF-related tools, online utilities, account dashboards, contests, digital content and other services.

You are responsible for verifying any information generated, downloaded or displayed through the service before relying on it for important decisions.

4 Educational & Informational Disclaimer

Certain InstaVibes content may be educational, informational, practice-oriented or intended to assist users in preparing for examinations or improving skills.

Educational or informational content should not be considered an official government notification or guaranteed representation of examination rules, results, eligibility or recruitment.

5 Contests & User Content

InstaVibes may organize or host online contests, voting activities, creative competitions and promotional campaigns.

Where a specific contest has separate rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, judging criteria, voting rules, prize information or participation conditions, those contest-specific rules will also apply.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You have the necessary rights or permissions to submit the content.
• Your submission does not knowingly infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Your submission does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful material.
• You will not manipulate voting or contest systems through unauthorized methods.

InstaVibes may remove submissions that violate applicable rules or these Terms.

6 Referrals, Rewards & Wallet

InstaVibes may offer referral programs, wallet credits, promotional rewards or other incentives from time to time.

• Referral benefits may be subject to eligibility requirements.
• Referral codes must not be used for fraud, spam, misleading promotion or unauthorized commercial activity.
• Promotional credits may have separate conditions, expiry periods or usage restrictions.
• InstaVibes may reverse credits associated with fraudulent, invalid or improperly generated activity, subject to applicable law.

Availability and value of any referral or reward program may change. Specific promotional terms displayed with an offer will apply where applicable.

7 Subscriptions & Payments

Some InstaVibes services or features may be available only through paid plans, subscriptions or other purchases.

• Prices, plan features and durations will be displayed before purchase where applicable.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
• You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information where required.
• Access to paid features may depend on successful payment confirmation.
• Promotional offers may have additional conditions and validity periods.

Unless otherwise stated in an applicable offer or refund policy, completed digital purchases may not be refundable after the service or digital entitlement has been provided, subject to applicable law.

10 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the InstaVibes platform, including its branding, logos, software, interface, original content, graphics and other materials, is owned by or licensed to InstaVibes and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit InstaVibes materials without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

11 Service Availability

We aim to keep InstaVibes available and functional, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, network interruptions, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may also modify, suspend or discontinue individual features when reasonably necessary.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InstaVibes will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses relating to interruption of service, loss of data, loss of opportunity or reliance on information available through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or service where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, comply with law, address security concerns or respond to violations of these Terms.

Users may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, payments, disputes and other continuing obligations may survive termination where applicable.

InstaVibes may update these Terms & Services from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, services, legal requirements or business practices.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of InstaVibes after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Rajasthan, India.
